40 Assunta Street, Rooty Hill was sold off market to a buyer in our database after they missed out on 20 Alverna Street, Rooty Hill.
I was hired on the spot and keen to sell this property so I searched through my database as soon as I arrived back in the office that day. I was able to locate the perfect buyer so I immediately contacted the owner to advise of the good news. This came as a surprise to the owner as the buyer was found merely hours after our first meeting. The buyer was brought through the property soon after and an offer was made straight away. I was able to increase the buyers offer and as a result, we reached an outcome well above the owners expectations.
Furthermore, this property is now the highest sale for a single residential dwelling in Rooty Hill.

I would like to congratulate the buyer & seller and I am so glad I could be part of this transaction.

Our database is filled with buyers and we have a strong campaign in showing buyers a house before it is listed for sale.
